Return Eligibility:

1. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked final sale, clearance, or personalized are not eligible for return.

To Request a Return:

Please email us at customercare@swimstylechic.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Refunds

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
